Any idea which of those 5 massive downloads has the one file I want in it?All five of them. They are RAR parts. As far as I know, you can't have just one RAR part. But now that I think about it, I wonder if it is possible to make away with one so long as a file doesn't expand across to another part. Quote

Do you have win7 pro or higher? if so, set up XP Mode (virtual pc) and install it there, should work, might not thought Quote
Samapico Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 Works fine on Windows 7 for most people... Install the game somewhere else than Program files so UAC doesn't screw with it. Try it on your desktop, for example. Quote
»SD>Big Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 ss 1.35 doesn't work on my pc either (7 pro 64bit) and it is not installed in program directories. if anything it would be PCA not UAC that would cause a problem, no? in any case, it is neither, i think it is just plain incompatible. haven't tried in XP mode cause I dont have that setup on this pc ... yet Quote

SeVeR Posted February 5, 2011 Report Posted February 5, 2011 (edited) I tried those things with the nvidia card, DEP and so on. I can't get Windows Virtual PC for XP Mode because I have Home Premium version of Windows 7. Nothing seems to work for subspace 1.35. On another note Continuum works OK, but all the zones come up red, and I can't download new ones. It's strange because I can enter the zones and play (with some ploss), but I don't understand why the zones are listed as red with no player numbers. It's like how the zones look when I'm offline.
