L.C. Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 Add a "Save as BMP/PNG" option in the menu, where it would save a picture of the entire map at 1:1 ratio or 100% zoom (each tile would be 16x16). PS. Please make more updates to DCME, rather than just do Discretion-only. DCME is a great universal tool. Quote
Samapico Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 I have no time to do anything now, discretion or not and last time I tried to make changes to DCME the f******* IDE would keep crashing and I couldn't do crap, so yeah, that's pretty much why the updates are lacking Quote
Samapico Posted March 15, 2010 Report Posted March 15, 2010 Also, I think last time I tried to do something in there, it was for that very feature. VB didn't seem to like the large image or something Quote
Samapico Posted October 11, 2010 Report Posted October 11, 2010 This is now done You can save a portion of a map in 1:1, 1:2, 1:4, or 1:16 ratio as a bitmap screenshot (bmp only for now)Note that if the screenshot size goes over 10000 pixels wide or high, it usually gives an error. The interface for it is pretty basic, it could be much better, but it will have to do for now...Possible improvements: -Render grid and render lvz objects options-Resize/move area by clicking and dragging the red rectangle-Save as PNG-Render 'WYSIWYG' File -> Save Full Radar View... The currently visible portion of your map will be selected by default. Attached 2 screenshots of what the dialog looks like, and an example output at 1:4. This is included in release 3.4.16, available at the new sourceforge site. Quote
