By clicking on it with your mouse, holding the click, moving your mouse upward on the vertical/y-axis, and while doing that moving your elephant through via keyboard.

edit: woo. finished! I only used the tutorial video for "Stuck?" (literally I gave up after only a minute and clicked pause and then clicked walkthrough.. only to realize I had to click on it.. hahaha fking brilliant.) and the Deaf, Blind and Dumb stage (really got me there)
