What is the best server.cfg out there for newbies like me?

How do I turn on descriptions? :?

Well, there should already be descriptions right above each line :S

Open template.sss and the .cfg in notepad, or some beefed up notepad-like program. Template.sss gives you the descriptions, and even some min/max values

Would be cool if there were a program that used the exact same interface as the one in Continuum. Without the Windows toolbar/borders/etc though (just like your common crack and keygen programs), and be resizable with mouse.

There's also SubSet, as I found a few days ago. It's available somewhere on MGB forums.
