My idea which I would like some opinions on.

 

So your playing pub and a *arena message comes up.

 

Can you beat ### kills in a day set by %record Holder% Check other stats at http://www.17thparallel.com/*******

 

Now your thinking...who cares about who had the most kills in a day? The pubbers!

 

Other stuff will have records such as goals, !@#$%^&*ists, flags, deaths, points...Don't know anything else people would want.

 

Random zome messages will be displayed with this persons accomplishment.

 

People will compete to get their name onto the zone message...except for most deaths which isnt an accomplishment at all.

Wow nice idea. Kills, Goals or Points would be fun. I think this could be included in some sort of pub-scores league though.

Yea, I just want the population to grow...and Pubbers want to be reconized for their accomplishments in pub if they dont participate in leagues.

 

Pubbers will compete to get their names up on the zone message.

As pub is now, it wouldn't hurt, but pub's gameplay still sucks.

This idea of cencils should get more people playing. I find pub really fun when there are lots of people playing the soccer game (at least 10). Maybe this is just because i haven't played in a while as pub tends to get boring very quickly. I don't know if anyones noticed how almost none of the new players of about 6-12 months ago have stayed here.

Everyone sees a zone message (with / without sound?), however you can ignore it yourself.

Well what you could do is have the zone messages setup.. then either create an lvz piece that tells everyone who got what for whatever part of playing in pub... and then you can possibly even use a rank-bot or staffer bot I am !@#$%^&*uming to have it recorded there... might help keeping other ways in mind too.. Chaos has a graphic LVZ updated at the end of every reset with who has Highest this and that etc. etc.

hm, the site looks 50% professional in my opinion. With the side bar being advertisments it shows that the company isnt getting enough money from hosting, so costs will go up due to lack of people.
