LOCKED 4 NO REASON

Ok...

My alias "OvaDose" and my girls first alias "OvaDoses' Girl" was spec locked because Ceiu made a mistake and

claimed I was playing both aliases at the same time. If i had 4 arms it would be considerable... but anyways.

he locked me and my girl friend in spec and reset both of our accounts.. I know you guys are thinking.. "girls

don't play hyperspace" but.. my girl just started yesterday. and to have Ceiu just assume i was playing both

and lock me in spec and reset my account was unnecessary. He could have at least done some investigation and realized

that I could not have possibly played both computers at the same time that well. This is the only game I play on the

internet and I do nothing that is considered "banable". Someone please help me resolve this... I "worked" very hard to

get all my ships to where they were and had a nice amount of HS money invested in them and to see them go because Ceiu

assumed I was playing 2 computers at once is very aggravating. I realize it was a mistake to let my girl play the same

game as me with a similar names -->. "OvaDose" and "OvaDoses' girl"

but i am asking any mods to look into this and maybe fix the mistake that was made by the staff member, at least a refund

of my ships that was reset sent to my working alias " ZoRLorD"

I have actually played 4 aliases (5 names in 5 different zones too at one point lol) at once on the same computer and didnt get locked, so im actually surprised CERIUM had an aneurysm and blew chunks on this one.

Also, a complete refund or revival of your account is impossible. After its reset there is no record of it left. The most you could get back is a large money grant.

 

Double clienting is not taken lightly in SS, no exception in Hyperspace either. I think an account reset might not have been necessary; a ban may have been more appropriate if it actually was double clienting.

if he would have actually done some investigation work instead of seeing 2 names that are simualr and just smashing the ban hammer key he would have noticed that it is not humanly possible for me to play 2 computers that well at the same EXACT time...

i WIll get a picture of me and my girl holding a piece of paper beside both computers as soon as possible.. because this is unfair how he can just take my shit like that.. i mean really.. i wasn't even cheating..

The problem was resolved before I even talked to anyone about it. Nothing was deleted. The account was just frozen, and now it's unfrozen.

1) point? i've done that. I think it was in hyperspace too. and i think this specific instance, they knew about it.

 

2) i would like to see how you can tell the difference between the game and chat clients.
