Ive seen this glitch alot of times, where a turret has 5 players attached to it, and a 6th taches with pd.. once the pd times out and tries to reattach, mort or all of the turret get stuck in some invisible turret mode, where the bullets still warp as if the lanc was moving, but... yeah see pic for details

I don't understand, is this an advantage or a disadvantage? Or perhaps neither?

It just messes up the gameplay, and someone can ruin the turret with it... Can't really be an advantage since the behavior is hard to predict... sometimes everyone get 'stuck in the void', sometimes only one, it's really hard to tell.

 

That bug is surely known by the devs, though... it's been around for a while blum.gif

The advantage is that if this is done in a base, the lanc can fly away while the turret sits there pewpewing. the turret cant die if the lanc isnt hit. 5 pd's = no passing

I recall still taking damage even while the lanc was in safe when this was demo'd for me. Perhaps I'm remembering it wrong, but my tendency to remember shit with creeper-like accuracy suggests otherwise.
