Something on your end is off its rocker (which might be DNS-based).

 

Try using OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 + 208.67.220.220) or AT&T/Level3 (?) (4.2.2.1 + 4.2.2.7) and see what happens. You may have to clear or flush DNS (ipconfig /flushdns).

I do use OpenDNS, and like I said, this went away about about 6 minutes.
