You aren't being fair to not include the links to the pix. :( From oldest to latest:

And she can encode videos at around 400fps via ffmpeg, and pulls around 51 GFlops. PS2 emulation via PCSX2 also proves to be quite playable at framerates 30+ (at 3.2GHz); probably around 45 to 50 at 3.6GHz.

PS. That ministry I sold her to happens to be so nearby that I don't have to move her away from my room. ;P

So I see Savanna, Sierra, Sabrina, Rachel and Elizabeth, very white or nerdy names but then - Shoshanna... Is the the computer that is not very dependable, but runs very fast... with a large hard disk?

@Cre Donno what their problem is. I find it perfectly normal and acceptable. The server HLRSE.Net is on is called Sixgun. The Dreamhost server bluetoast.org is on is called Espresso. Our gameserver, unfortunately, does not have a name (it is usually referred to as gamepanel.visfx.net). In the past we have had other servers with names like: Warpath, Skynet (or something along the lines of 'sky'), Seabrook, and some other ones I am unable to recall.

EDIT: Unique machine names kick butt!

Its not the weirdness its the fact that the conversation could have been taken 2 ways.

my parents name their machines after classic arcade games.

Mine is Asteroid (followed by Asteroid_II for my laptop and Asteroid_Jr for my usb drive) stepdad is galaxian, brother is Pong and other brother is Tempest.

My dad uses cartoon cats at his work (sylvester, felix, garfield, etc.)

This might help. We're here for you bro! http://www.utdallas.edu/counseling/selfhelp/computer-addiction.html

Edit: Uhh, I only have one symptom of addiction out of all those, but I have some of the physical side-effects: Dry Eyes and sleep disturbances. I woke up at 3am just now and got online, but that's because I'm not tired. aggressive.gif

I interpret reality and everything in terms and relations of programming, Windows and Linux, computer, etc. For example, in my life situation I see reality as merely an emulation -- just like those console emulators (SNES, NES, N64, GB/C/A, PS2, etc)...centering around words like interpretters, compilers, buffers, etc. blum.gif

Then I even have a framework for error codes ... like certain feelings/experiences/whatever may end up being as a memory buffer oversomething, cyclic redundancy error/check, segmentation faults, bsods, memory corruption, invalid headers... All have logical connections.

EDIT: Yeah, I would agree my mentality is kerplunked and screwed up and that Internet Rehab would be for me. Unfortunately Internet Rehab costs a fortune.
