Look at Kill9mm's Hanger skin. he used a few of them, but I don't remember them mapping to profiles.

btw if you upload a chatbg raw into the server and put it in a levelfiles slot to dload raw, works throghout the whole zone for everyone. does not work in lvz.

ah. User ones are for animations on the skin. Like his title is user3 and it animates.
