When I dial those numbers, it says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."

You need to enter the correct country code first when dialing internationally...

Oh. Well then make sure that the US call prefix is correct before you enter the country code. I think US is 011. Not sure where that '1' is for, though.

to call FROM the states dial 011+372+2+Local Number

 

011: Call OUT of the states

372: Call TO Estonia

2: City Code of Tallinn

 

 

 

011 gets you access OUT of the states, 372 is the country code it gets you access TO that country, 2 is the CITY CODE.

Actually, 011 is North America's "out of country" dialing. (with some exceptions) See here

You'd want to try something more recent.

I think I might have mislead some people - I did not mean to give anyone the idea that it takes Priitk months to get a server added, it can be as fast as Priitk replys. When I got my servers added, the first one was added within a week or so. The second was added about 3 weeks, and the third never was added. So, its not like he never replys/does what he is asked, but it does seem to take him quite a bit.
