🜲 PoLiX Posted November 12, 2009 Report Posted November 12, 2009 Ozaq2 sounds right. Although I'd still be sure BDE would be very interested in someone profiting from something they own the rights to regardless. L.C. Posted November 12, 2009 Report Posted November 12, 2009 Forgive me for my inability to understand what you precisely mean by "cache company," but do you mean http://www.cache.com/cache/control/main or some underground organization that doesn't really exist but exists? Would sending a letter to BDE's Legal department work any? (Sent a letter today to BDE's Legal, by the way.) (Sent a letter today to BDE's Legal, by the way.)Ozaq2 has never had a website, and it's not really separate from Brilliant Digital Entertainment per se. As far as I know, the sole purpose of Ozaq2 was to acquire and manage intellectual property for the purpose of making profit relicensing them. I'm not actually sure that it still exists anymore, but your best bet would definitely be to get in contact with Brilliant (Digital) Entertainment. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v138/zacinu/SubSpacebannt2.pngPSPACE (SourceForge) - Alternative client (source) to Continuum

Eitherway, there's an old term which is pronounced on similar vocals which refers to a company that exists solely as a legal entity, does not conduct any business or employ any work force or produce anything, merely serves to write assets under its ownership as to separate them from the real owners and protect these assets from the owners' liabilities and/or to draw loans on account of these assets whilst the owners would be denied. For all other intents and purposes this company is by mere name only and is fictional in every other field save the legal.
