Seeing as the last post on the forum was more than 2 weeks ago and the rest of the most recent posts have been about revival attempts and whatnot, I think its time that we lay her to rest. Everyone has moved on in their lives and I hope that you are all in a better place, I know I am. It was a good run, and for many, an intersting era of their lives and something that will be with each of us forever. I haven't really talked to many people about the specifics. Suppoko and I are on the SSCouncil as zone reps, so it would shift to him if he wanted it. I mentioned this to him, and I think his response was along the lines of getting off the council too (I could be wrong, and he can still say otherwise if he pleases). At this point the only one left would be The Underlord who would need to step up and join the Council and get bang etc. But, I'd be content to just let her rest and request that the zone get turned off. PsyOps Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 Its being discussed in the sscouncil forums. Possible options are: 1.) Alpha stays offline. 2.) The Underlord takes it over (i've discussed it with him and he is mulling it over) 3.) It goes up in Chaos. (I informed Sneakerz and he has sent an e-mail to barg asking if he can put it up in chaos) 4.) I take it over (very unlikely seeing as barg doesnt want alpha changed in any way, and i cant promise to leave it alone- like adding bots to pub)
Sneakerz Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 Chaos has a working Alpha sub-arena up. Per Bargeld's request all settings will remain the same. At a future date, when Chaos finally gets on AS3, we will separate it out into it's own zone again. -Sneakerz
