Profile fields

I just added a profile field for 'Squad', thought it'd be nice and a bit of subspaceness to the forum.

The part under the avatars is getting a bit crowded, however... I'd remove the gender one from there; not sure if/how we can make it show up on the profile, but not there... Anyway, what you think?
