I found their restricted site for it, but i could only cache to even view it at all..

Nevermind. I found all of them.

 

Since I have spent literally over a day (total usage) attempting to find these things years ago, and with such limited resource to get it, I will post it here (unless told otherwise to remove)

 

 

 

 

Here's a quick tip. To extract anything other than gfx, use Blob Editor.

 

For gfx, Use blob editor to extract the cfs files, then use the cfs converter and extract from there into a bmp.
