So, I downloaded version 0.40. Installed it, and ran it. My CPU Usage when from 5% idle, to 100% in a split second. I can't kill the process, because it starts, and stops itself. When you click on the process, seconds later its gone, then comes back. I could play yesterday, but today I don't know why its doing this. I figured I'd post here. Sometimes, they'res 3 or 4 "Continuum.exe" processes.

I'm going to go ahead and try to uninstall, and then re-install it. I have a feeling, it has something to do with my latest Windows updates.

I'd like some help on this, I thoroughly enjoy playing Continuum, Trench Wars + Extreme Games = Much Love <3.

I wish they would have better addressed this issue instead of throwing .40 into the mix so quickly.

if it happens again, just rename "continuum.exe" in the c:/program files/continuum folder. It will stop starting itself.

Try this:

Install the following:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc300361.aspx

right click your continuum shortcut, select "run as different user", enter your own username + password. This always solves it for me. Even if I use the username + password I am currently logged in with.
