Undo/redo breaks in 3.4.15

I'm not sure what triggers it, but some actions seem to get cleared off the undo/redo list.

For example, if you do actions A,B,C,D, then try to undo all of them, it might undo D,C,and A, but not B.

If I notice a cause I'll tell ya.

LVZ actions are not recorded

 

Copy-pasting selections might do some weird things also, since the selection is pasted, then moved in the center of the screen... It should do it in one operation, but it doesn't for some reason.
