Stops responding when I Connect to a server

As soon as I hit the play button on continuum to connect to the server it freezes and then stops responding. CPU load goes way up.

 

Running windows 7 with a GTX 260 and 1920x1080x2 Resolution

 

Please help!

 

Might help to include that the resolutions list was empty untill i did advanced options -> show default resolutions

 

And before you post, I have read EVERYTHING in the FAQ about this topic, tried a large number of things, and nothing worked. Here is what I've tried:

 

DEP OFF

Firewall OFF

NO Antivirus/antispyware program

Prerendered frams = 0

Forced Resolution 1920x1080, and smaller ones

Compatibility mode for all other OS's

You mean 32 right?

 

Does that on any server?

No I meant 1920x1080 on one display and 1920x1080 on the other.

 

Anyways, after about 45 minutes or so it actually connects, but I just get the "ENTERING ARENA" black screen and nothing happens

I'm guessing you tried both fullscreen and windowed... cause in fullscreen it could easily screw up because of the multiple screens... It doesn't like multiple screens...
