probably a silly question but have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

 

nothing looks odd in your account settings. Perhaps if you still have issues we could try changing you to a different group or something temporerally.

Funny thing is when I tried clicking on the Sign In button on the top right, nothing happens. But when I do the "Open Link in New Tab" it seem to work....maybe its just me or my university's shitty computers.

@Dav, if I can change computers, internet connections, and browsers, then the issue has nothing to do with caching/cookies. Trust me, I already tried it all before asking such a question.

I have changes your member group from general mods to members to see if that is the issue. Give it a try then I will change you back again

I set him as general mod again, and it killed him again, set him back to member, and it works again.
