p man Posted May 14, 2009 Author Report Posted May 14, 2009 Ofc, aren't all computer problems vista related?
CRe Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 Right-click Continuum folder. (Default C:/Program Files/ContinuumClick "Properties"Click the "Security" tab.Click "{}Edit" ({} represents the admin shield which requires additional approval)When the UAC box comes up, click "Continue"If your username is in the box, click then continue to step 8If your username is NOT in the box, click ADD, type in your username then hit "Enter"Highlight your username, then make sure the box next to "Full Control" under the "Allow" column is checked off.OK/Apply out of ALL boxes. Also you can try to move the Continuum folder somewhere else rather than Program Files as PoliX posted previously.
Darth Will Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 hey, i tried to do that, there is no tab named "security" on any of my files. =(
JoWie Posted June 16, 2009 Report Posted June 16, 2009 That is probably because you are on Vista Home. If you boot into safe mode they will appear. Alternatively you could use a command line ACL tool: icacls "c:\program files\continuum" /t /c /grant %USERNAME%:F Haven't tested this since I do not have vista
