It has made me wonder what career paths all of you are planning to follow. Please share your plans of what you want to achieve or share your story if you have already achieved your goals. I am going to Baylor university and plan to pursue pharmacy or medical research careers.

Dr Brain Posted May 4, 2009 Report Posted May 4, 2009 I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (not to be confused with Computer Science). Hopefully I'll have my Master of Science in Electrical Engineering soon. I'm defending my thesis tomorrow. My only advice is to pick a degree path that you love. Picking a degree because it pays well won't help when things get tough (and unless you're pursuing some wishy-washy degree, they WILL get tough). Freedom is the right to be wrong.

I can see what you mean though; all the young people i talk to in subspace are programming bots or talking about something mathematical - hem cdb and linear-key hem. But, it's got to be a good thing, because you guys are able to offer intuitive ideas for improving the zone! What with your math and science know all. (I hope) Great picture btw
