»Lynx Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 I still talk to quite a few oldies that are doing very well for themselves.
Dav Posted May 9, 2009 Report Posted May 9, 2009 its true that we could steal their population, or gain big time if they shelve their project. One thing remains though, we damn sure better modernise and update of we are to be even remotely competitive otherwise we will be going down with them IMO.
Samapico Posted May 11, 2009 Report Posted May 11, 2009 We need to rent a basement in India and whip some kids to finish Discretion and STF's engine
Audry Posted May 11, 2009 Report Posted May 11, 2009 rofl thats the greatest idea ever!!! LET'S DO THIS!
»jabjabjab Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 (edited) Well If anything like this were to happen, I just hope the development community stays open as SHOULD. Honestly, I wanted this game to die for awhile.. It was just too addicting to run away from. You could never see me on a horse with a tilted cowboy hat going into the sunset with this game.. no. Thanks to this game, ive been around for 6 years now. I want you Polix to push alittle further with RapidShare to see where this thing goes... don't play like the movie "The Village" did.. because little retards with color / goth fetishes will come after you in your sleep. http://i559.photobucket.com/albums/ss31/XDreamersMS/DEPost/FamilyGuy.jpg P.S. I quote your statement PoLiX:SubSpace was suppose to die in 98SubSpace was suppose to die in early '00Continuum was suppose to die in 03, 04, 05, no wait 06? Gotta be 07Continuum was suppose to be dead in 08 Its 2009 and we're still here. This game has outlived every expectation, and I think "Cult of the Final Call" has dissolved by now from getting tired of waiting, lol. Edited May 16, 2009 by jabjabjab
Confess Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 Hm.. I am just now seeing this, and it is intriguing... Has anyone explained to them that no Pay to Pay subspace version has ever worked? If it didnt work for *SONY*, it wont work for rapidshare. Sony is waaayy bigger then rapidshare will ever be. If they would keep the same atmosphere as Continuum currently is, let it be player run it/keep it free/etc...I see no reason to not let this proceed. Odds are, they wont...but hey, its worth a shot. Priit wont devout his life to this game, but this owner of Rapidshare is willing to devout a ton of staff to it.
»Lynx Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 For money, as we've realised, so this topic is pretty much over.
