Technically technical question about leech vs exp

Does your own exp effect the amount of money rewarded from other players kill wile you're a lancaster?

As in, if you have 1000exp, would you get more money from team kills than if you have 5000exp?

Also, is the attachment reward always the same or is it also affected by exp?

of course it does. The best way in the game to make money is to make a new name, get in a lanc at 100 xp, and never fire another shot. Just sit and leech $40-$70 a kill.

Totally retarded that as a 12k xp player I am basically barred from making any more money. The amount of money you get at that level is negligible to none, while the money you get as a newbie is huge.

Why else would I make new accounts and realize how terrible the general public centers with their maxed out ships against a ship with basic equipment? Centering is seriously more profitable if you survive and kill efficiently. Too bad the general public's too incompetent and would rather do organized trade killing...

Exactly... at least that's how it works in the modern HS. If privs were restored to their full potential, there would be very few rich incompetent players (which is why so many of them complain).
