trouble staying in game

haveing trouble with lag. tryed to post my trace here like I was seggested but cant figure out how.

When you run continuum, you'll see a button called "TRACE" next to zones in the top right corner. Click it and it will post a trace. and then just copy and paste it here.

 

EDIT:: they cant help you just from your trace.

um yes we can... we may not be able always help, but network problems can usually be found with the trace

if its not in the trace its usually something on the user's computer

After about 100 traces though.

yes as suggested above.

 

select the zone, click "trace" in the top right corner and leave it for a while (around 100 cycles) stop it, sekectr everything, copy it (CTRL+C) and paste it in a new post here (CTRL+V)

 

hopefully from that data we will see where the problem is, and suggest things to try.
