Chambahs Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 Why is it that im looking at old topics, and im seeing that all "bad words" are being edited. Seems everytime i said "tits" or "shit" it got changed. Whats up?
Samapico Posted January 27, 2009 Report Posted January 27, 2009 As I told him on MSN: well, polix tried some filter at some point, and it sucked a lot; it replaced things like 'tits' and 'ass' by some censored crap, even in words like assassinate, or... emm... whatever word can contain 'tits' It was some pre-made filter package... and sadly there was no way to revert the changes. Older posts can be a bit confusing to read because of this. If you notice any post that would require being fixed because of this, you can notify us through the feedback & support forum. We won't go around and fix every single post, but if you see those things in pinned or important topics, it could be worth fixing. I usually fix those if I stumble on them.
