Yes, the blank lines are ones where people are using accented characters. That issue has been fixed for the next release.

 

I haven't seen messages going to the wrong chat channel before - has anyone else noticed this problem? Froot, does this happen every time you log in/use Starlight?

I've tracked down the problem and it's fixed for the next release. It's a rather strange bug since I haven't been able to reproduce it on any zone except Hockey/Football.

Another bug: the kill messages won't turn off from the View menu. Also, when chatting in a chat channel my message is also prefixed and suffixed with 1;, which may explain why people can't talk on other chats.

I can't seem to go into the 4v4squad arenas in Chaos Zone. When I try and change it says:

it just puts me right back into public arena. I can change arenas in other zones and even change to a few arenas other than the 4v4 ones in Chaos. Any ideas? (starlight 1.3 on WinXP)

This may help fix the problem I'm having with being unable to join certain arenas in Chaos Zone.

 

It seems like if the arena's name starts with a number character it takes you back to the public arena instead of what you tried joining.

.... note that i'm currently not banned in trenchwars when i go on ss and also the date of the ban is in the past. how cool.

The update? It's that Starlight has gone the way of Subchat2: discontinued.

 

If you're caught in a ban, then you should be contacting the appropriate people. Bans aren't necessarily based merely on usernames.

I'm assuming your ban has to do with starlight creating a seperate mid everytime you login.
