Guest Dreyas Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 I just downloaded Continuum, and had no problems installing. But here's the problem. When I launch it directly from the installer, the program will run and work just fine, letting me connect to zones and everything. But later, if I try to open the program again, once I hit the 'play' button while selecting a zone, the program will freeze and sit as long as I keep it open, and it just won't respond. This is strange, because I tried installing and reinstalling the game a few times, and it would always be completely functional when launched from the installer, but when trying to open it later, it would freeze or hang when trying to get into a zone. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I'm running Vista Business 32 bit OS with a GeForce 8600M GS 128MB Vidcard.

Let it sit there for a minute or 2. Acutally.. I tried something. I tried setting it to run as administrator, and even though I have to click the thing for User Account Control whenever opening the program, it runs just fine now, and zones load up immediately. Did you try that?
