Snrrrub Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 I might actually get around to it this weekend. :-) I hear that the GTK+ port to OS X has made some decent progress over the last month or two so hopefully it will be straightforward to deploy. -Snrrrub
Goldeye Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 This would be just in the nick of time. I'm trying to get some asss work done from my mac and getting in the zone would be a big plus.Let me know if I can do any work to help port it.
»Lynx Posted December 30, 2008 Author Report Posted December 30, 2008 I've gotten Continuum working on the Mac via WINE, but it's really unstable. The best advice I can give you for getting Continuum working nicely on a Mac is to either: Install Ubuntu/Windows on your Mac and use Bootcamp to run it, it will give you the option of either OS when you boot If you've got Win on your Mac, you can use Parallels to run Continuum (However, the latest parallels release is a real damn drag) Also, are you using XCode to compile ASSS, if you are then have you been able to compile ASSS in XCode? -Lynx
rootbear75 Posted January 14, 2009 Report Posted January 14, 2009 i'd be happy to see that portable version you are working on made mac-compatible. be able to use it at home on my dad's mac (which i use occaisionally when im at home and require an actual computer. otherwise my Wii suffices for a little bit of browsing)
