Sneezing out the mouth provides less restriction, therefore less pressure built up inside the head.

I remember reading something like it was dangerous to keep your eyes opened when you sneeze... By reflex they will always close, but if for some reason they'd stay open they could pop out or something :/

Like if you keep your mouth shut and block your nose, and lock your eyes opened... ugh...

Probably... but I still wouldn't try it :/ A normal sneeze feels like a lot of pressure, and I wouldn't want all that pressure to have nowhere to go other than to rip my eardrums or pop my eyes out :/

 

Eyes popping out are no myth though... It's disgusting as hell, but I'm sure you can find some interesting things on youtube. I believe there's a world record of... greatest... eye.. popper... or whatever they can call it

I thought it was 1/8, but then again.. How does one measure that? And if you sneezed 10 times in succession or whatever, wouldn't your underwear suddenly get sticky?

That was said already... 1/8th and 1/5th were already said. But that comparison is really stupid. They probably measure the amount of energy used and compare it the amount of energy used during an orgasm; that's about as far as the comparison can get.

I can't vouch for specific numbers, all I can tell you is that the enjoyability of the sneeze depends on what kind of sneeze it is. If I get a sneeze on a normal day, it feels just as good as an orgasm, but if I have a bad attack of allergies, every sneeze burns like hell. Kind of like coughing normally and coughing when you have strep throat.
