PoLiX Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 Probably have to say my favorite yet. Sadly the Nazi Zombies got me from behind my 1st solo run on the bonus level. Good times though. Found it really tough at times, and wasn't a breeze like most the other ones. Though I like the flame thrower, and a few of the sniper rounds a lot. Also the final battles for each campaign are a bitch at times.
Chambahs Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 I played the story mode, got to the 3rd scenario, then my game crashed. Started it up again, nothing was saved, so i started playing again, got bored after the first scenario, and havent touched it since. I started playing crysis and left WaW alone. Since ive got no multiplayer.
candygirl Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 no multiplayer? wow for ps3 has it
RiiStar Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 Prolly ment he cant play Multiplayer not that the game doesn't have it...It is COD4 with WW2 graphics and improvements
darkreb0rn Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 (edited) I do love it alot but the tanks a poor feature. They atleast should've made you be able to jack tanks like you could back in halo because they're way too hard to bring down. I like the dogs and online is really fun. They need to fix a few glitches though (you can get under the map on a few maps)100th post. Edited November 30, 2008 by darkreb0rn
Cancer+ Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 It is COD4 with WW2 graphics and improvements That is what I heard. I'm just going to stay with CoD4.
PoLiX Posted December 1, 2008 Author Report Posted December 1, 2008 I have COD4, and to be honest, I like World at War a lot better.
rootbear75 Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) I bought it, and while it was mildly entertaining, i dont like it.I prefer CoD4... WW2 games are just too numerous and are just getting boring. Verdict: RENT EDIT: played some multiplayer tonight... thats about the only good thing i like about it... the story is good.. its just the world war 2 setting Edited December 1, 2008 by rootbear75
Hate The Fake Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 i loved this game, especially when the "dead" come and attack you
»Lynx Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 I work too bloody much, I've bought it but still not sat down and played it. :/ -Lynx
Incomplete Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 Find a time newb I still have to complete gears...
»Lynx Posted December 2, 2008 Report Posted December 2, 2008 I'll try come on soon, I can't even remember how far I am on Gears now... I think I'm stuck at the entrance to that small temple with the two guards on either sides of the doors, and the annoying screaming thing at the top.. It's bloody tough on your own on Insane. Ugh, and I need to delete these annoying northern kids from my friends list - they were cool to play with at first but now they're just a headache. -Lynx
Incomplete Posted December 2, 2008 Report Posted December 2, 2008 Isn't it weird that they all have very squeeky voices? They sound like girls. We'll have to get back onto gears. Want to try tonight?
»Lynx Posted December 2, 2008 Report Posted December 2, 2008 I'll try to - I've got a long day tomorrow though, up early for the gym then London all day. Also feeling freaking shattered. What time you on? -Lynx
