Fallout the 3rd

So ya, I never play any games other than Continuum due to lack of interest. I play Fallout 3 after hearing about it from several people. What do you know? I'm addicted like a heroin junky crappin' his pants when he scores a new package!

It's a great game, and uses the same engine as Oblivion, and Oblivion is amazing. Although, it's a little glitchy.

I've not actually got it myself, but I've played on it a lot. And yeah, it's an extremely good Oblivion mod, as it's basically Oblivion, but you've got guns.

It is awesome, i was addicted at one point. Then it started getting kinda repetitive and kinda boring. I know its a personal thing, but I have a problem with "open environment/do whatever you feel like doing" games. I wind up walking an hour in one direction and get all sidetracked and then I dont care much anymore for the main story line, which is when i get bored and stop playing. So i looked up some cheats, beefed up my guy, owned the shit out of everyone, then i stopped playing. That, and I dont really have as much time to spend on it.

 

Overall, its a really good game and I highly recommend it. If you like this game, get Far Cry 2. Thats another one thats really fun and good. Started to play crysis warhead too, was just as good. Graphics on maxxed settings is AMAZING.

I would have to agree that constantly pillaging every metal box/locker/etc. can get a little monotonous. However, I'm a huge fan of games that give you a freedom of choice. Stick with the main storyline or wander, good or evil, kill or sweet talk etc. is where it's at for me. The only thing is sometimes you can kill the wrong people and end up losing out on a good chunk of the game.
