No, the SPAM lounge was garbage. Like Polix said, it was a place for JDS putting .02 megapixel camera pixels online with his ugly girlfriend or root posting stupid images he found on websites.

 

It's better this way. There will still be threads like youtube videos or "post your desktop" threads. Just nothing like "hai i looked at some girl yesterday. thanks."

As of right now when sniffing the general forums, I notice there are quite a few topics that are unrelated to the game, and to some it's a turn off.

This is a difficult topic to talk about simply because nothing new comes to the game so for anyone to make a new topic it will just be a repeat of a previous topic talking of the same stuff. Only so much you can talk about an old game.

 

 

However, I liked the idea of earning points, changing peoples or your owns little title thing. That made me come back to the forum to win loads of games in the arcade to make points. Now I don't really play the arcade.

The spam lounge was pretty much the only reason I ever came to these forums, sorry to say. I'm not smart enough to be in your other conversations, nor do I have the attention span to read them. Just don't bother talking about it, and do it. If it does damage, then don't be ignorant and keep stubborn with what you've done - ease up on the rules. At the end of the day, Subspace is dying, this forum is dying and there's not much to be offered from either anymore. There's not much point in excessively policing a wasteland.
