I just think it's a bit lame ...

 

?tw should have a delay... I attack Acer and he ?tw comes out hits me and I hit him back and he ?tw again. I think there should be a 10-20 seconds delay.

 

Tacnuke - I see a Practical- in a levi. I go after him. He fires, ports and fires again. That's pretty lame. Maybe they shouldn't be able to get any decoy system?

There is a delay.. You have to wait like 10 secs. & No it's a 450k item, the only think I think that should be edited is that you should be able to bounty with it.. Edited October 29, 2008 by Acer101

The portal resetting bomb delay thing has been mentioned before and back then mods used to punish for abuse of it (it's abuse of a bug).

 

Oh, and TW seems fine to me, it resets bounty, and it takes a while to activate. If anything it should have a little bit of engine failure chance (or more if it doesn't already, I forget), since it's for travel not laming

I disagree. TW key is the best/highest priced ftl there is. It should have alittle extra for the player/owner of the item. Also it doesn't have any engine failure.

use to be able to do that, acer. i believe it was mat couthon that did that in a spider and got like 600+ bty each time he did it. but i also agree that there shouldn't be any delays when using it. 450k should allow you to use it freely without restrictions besides resetting bty and not allowing use with flags. the delay and engine failure should be removed because they only affect the user and has no affect on anybody else. plus when you pay that much for an item the quality should be appropriately matched.

TW Key is usually for travelling not for laming. Having bounty kept on it will just cause people to overbuy it and have people get tons of money. And it is already good as it is, Lowest delay to recharge, no energy cost, etc Edited October 30, 2008 by Rivel
