Cancer+ Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 Saw V This movie was extremely disappointing. I would wait for it to come on DVD if I were you. Here's why... Spoiler! --Click here to view--First off, I am a huge fan of the Saw movies. I have liked everyone from 1-4 simply because of the twists it gives (and the goriness). Both were missing from this movie. The traps themselves were simple and not fun, electric shock in water, exploding nail bombs, swinging pendulum, head decapitation. The only good one was when they had to put thier hand in the saw. Very fitting. Anways, the traps sucked. What happened to ripping the ribs right off or putting your hand in acid to get a key? The second part is...THERE WAS NO TWIST AT ALL. I sat there at the beginning and you find out that the one detective was partners with jigsaw the whole time. Ok, fine. Something twisty must happen with him or they wouldn't have told us. Then at the end of the movie the tape says "you must get in the box to live." Maybe its because of the other Saw's that we all know "get in the box or you die," so once that was said I knew the bad detective would go into the box and the other would die....and thats what happened. The box only had gl!@#$%^&* in it too. If you are wearing leather jackets like those two were...it wouldn't hurt you. Anyways, from the previews "you won't know how it ends," I expected more. Maybe because its the 5th one and they are running out of twists but still. They have at least one more...hope its better than this one. God !@#$%^&*it, I'm pissed about this movie. The only good thing about this movie is that Julie Benz is hot and ticket prices were $6.50. Rating: 2 out of 5 Your thoughts?

No_Remorse Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 i havent seen it yet, but number 2, 3 and 4 disappointed me so much my istinct is that it will be a 1. besides, 0 would make it the best at sucking, and it could never be the best at anything. boycott this !@#$%^&*gotry so we can get rid of this stupid money making scam of a movie before impressionable idiots start thinking this is what a good horror movie is about.
