Samapico Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 Fixed an annoying bug when selecting lvz images and changing their layers. There still are several bugs of inaccurate drawing.. like one pixel off, or, like I just noticed, large lvz images are sometimes not drawn at all when zoomed in 2:1. I'll have to work these out before releasing "officially"... bleh... Also, all lvz data is now put in .\DCME LVZ files\lvzname\... instead of .\lvzname\..., which made A LOT of folders after a while. All the data there is simply the uncompressed data from imported lvz's, it's very safe to delete. But I don't think I want DCME to delete it automatically... it could create problems if you actually want to keep those files. Uploading 3.4.02 with these fixes Quote
Sketter Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 To where?auto updates says there is no update 3.4.1. Quote

Samapico Posted November 1, 2008 Author Report Posted November 1, 2008 I was without internet for 2 days... just got it back. Meanwhile I did some more work on DCME, a stable release should be available soon. LVZ's still being worked on a lot Quote
Samapico Posted November 3, 2008 Author Report Posted November 3, 2008 Just a few things to finish up for LVZ selection... you guys will love it It's easy to select an object that is under several others, because it always select the object that is visible at the pixel you're clicking at. So even if only a few pixels of an object are visible under a bunch of others, point on these visible objects and you can select it. It also highlights the objects you're about to select, so you don't have to do trial and error What I need to do now, is simply to make the shift / control keys work to add/remove stuff from selection, and be able to make selection rectangles.I'm planning to do like in Autocad and other CAD applications; if you make a selection rectangle from left to right, it selects only objects that are completely in the selection area; but if you select from right to left, it selects even objects that are partially in that area.Once you're used to it, that kind of feature is very helpful, especially when you have a lot of objects of different sizes Quote
