TW ban? I've never even played the game

I just downloaded Continuum after playing it at a friends house, but it wont let me enter trench-wars because Im "banned" even though I've never played. I've tried E-mailing the Bans21@trenchwars.org to figure out whats happening, and no-one will respond. Whats the deal?

rudy the head bang op is gone for a while and cool koen took his spot, but he should be able to help. More then likely your under a net ban.

Also, make sure you include the BanID and your username... They can't do anything without the BanID. It should appear in the message you get when trying to enter the game

2 reasons

 

1- rudy accepts all new people to forums at the moment (he checks with in game names to make sure their legit)

2- tw has a policy on not creating ban threads. They usually result in flaming/closing.

TW bans are supposed to be resolved by emailing bans21@trenchwars.org. They are not supposed to be addressed by creating a thread on TW Forums or on SSForum.

 

In any case, cool koen seems to be aware of this issue now, and is handling it as he deems best.

he just came back after years of not playing, he went to a place he can get an awnser. As most people would find out nothings the same after youve been gone a few years including staff.

From what i get from his post it was his first time playing other then the time he played at his friends house.
