First Dueling Tournament

I hosted the First of many Dueling Tournaments Yesterday (October 15th 2008)!

 

The rules were simple! Warbirds and javelins only (but everyone chose warbirds!), no items allowed... best of 3 (if u got 2 kills u won)... any ship set you wanted!

The result was...

Omni was the winner, he won 34k (20k from acer, 12k from me and 2k from random ppl)

MWarrior came second and put up a good show

Ra1n was 3rd... even tho he had parasite on him!

 

Since everyone used Warbirds! Sometime next week i will host a Javelin Tournament! Rules are slightly different

No items, First to get 3 Kills!, No Prox Bombs (not even harpy)!

 

FYI, i make no profit off this.. I put money from my pocket for it! i dont wanna hear bs about it!

But donations to increase prize is great!

it means you cant use itmes while dueling

And I think by items they mean the stuff besides bullets/bombs, like Repels, Bursts, portals...

Yes i Think I will Host Javelin Tournament Next Week Thursday @ around 8:00 PM EST ... after flag game!

 

And Im serious about the rules! No Items/Specials (being Burst, Repel, Thors, Rockets, Decoys), NO PROX BOMBS (sry Acer... waste your 57k on zephyr)!

 

BTW if your running late for Tourny... I will not wait for you... if anything ill add you in if First rounds are still going on!

Good Idea. Late arrivals should be able to be added in the tourny ... but if there's only 1 player, they should face you

Ok... I have put up an Account called "Tourny Bank" where people can give their donations to it... Currently the prize is 40k (20k from Lera, and 20k from me)

 

if you lag too much... you are disqualified

if you spike, and your energy was in red, it counts as a death

if you spike and your yellow or blue energy then you have another chance

if you spike 3 times, your disqualified

Haha thats not true I think I was the first one to make a DT. Omni won that one too. I think it had 1 more player than yours did.
