darkreb0rn Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 Yeah he's definitely showing up more and more as they need him. It seems that whenever Malkin/Crosby and other stars can't get their act together, He just takes matters in his own hands. All of the Staals are so exciting to watch. Can't wait for that 4th one to get into the NHL.
Emit Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 Was close to 4 consecutive shutouts Luongo did.
wO! Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 habs are lookin good not gonna lie but to win the east i wouldnt pick them over nyr, pens, or nj. each of those teams have world class goalies and price is pretty terrible at times .
Samapico Posted November 13, 2008 Author Report Posted November 13, 2008 New Jersey? You know that Brodeur is out for several months? Kevin Weekes is no world class goalie

Can't wait for that 4th one to get into the NHL. I dont know.... Jordan has missed ALOT of wide open nets, especially in the playoffs last year. He is supposed to be number three behind Crosby and Malkin and I really don't consider him number three. He has been doing alot better this year though. I heard that Jared just sucks. I have personally never watched him...just something I heard. EDIT: DANY SABOURIN. wow...what awesome goaltending.
Samapico Posted November 14, 2008 Author Report Posted November 14, 2008 What a terrible game tonight... It's making me a bit depressed
darkreb0rn Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 Penguins down 4-1 in the second with malkin scoring right at the end to make it 4-2. Crosby scores 2 goals in third to send it to the shootout where penguins win it. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I dont know.... Jordan has missed ALOT of wide open nets, especially in the playoffs last year. He is supposed to be number three behind Crosby and Malkin and I really don't consider him number three. He has been doing alot better this year though. Eh he has had bad moments but he's still so young along with malkin and crosby. He's only getting better with time and personally, I would consider him third/fourth behind malkin/crosby. Only reason I say fourth atm is because Talbot is playing like an absolute beast right now. But yeah Staal is only getting better and I expect big things from him
»Ceiu Posted November 16, 2008 Report Posted November 16, 2008 Penguins? More like FAILins! m i rite?

Samapico Posted November 16, 2008 Author Report Posted November 16, 2008 Satan will get his !@#$%^&* kicked by Jesus
darkreb0rn Posted November 16, 2008 Report Posted November 16, 2008 Yeah, no doubt. How bout the penguins lately? Malkin has 30 points in 17 games, 13 game scoring streak.Jordan Staal has 5 goals and 1 assist in the last 3 gamesThey've been making comebacks like mad here. Down 6-4 do the red wings, came back to win 7-6 in overtime. Down 4-1 to the flyers, came back to win 5-4 in overtime. Down to buffalo and just scored 4 goals in the third period to win 5-2. Bad !@#$%^&*.

Good point, sir.
Hellonearth Posted November 19, 2008 Report Posted November 19, 2008 Did he really just quote himself?!!? he decided to show how much this thread fails
darkreb0rn Posted November 19, 2008 Report Posted November 19, 2008 Did he really just quote himself?!!? He's the only one who thinks that and you know he only says it because whoever his team is loses to the penguins all the time so yeah.
»Ceiu Posted November 19, 2008 Report Posted November 19, 2008 Did he really just quote himself?!!? Yes; and now I'm quoting you. The internet is a very magical place full of wonder and delight... wouldn't you agree? Did he really just quote himself?!!? He's the only one who thinks that and you know he only says it because whoever his team is loses to the penguins all the time so yeah. The standings appear to disagree with your statement. Also, standard trolling: THE PENGUINS SCORED A GOAL AGAINST THEMSELVES WHICH DIRECTLY LED TO THEIR LOSS. GG. Wild >= [Your favorite team here] Indeed. Good point, sir.
Cancer+ Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 Yes, well it also shows here that your "owning" team couldn't make it out of the first round of the playoffs vs an OLD, decrepid team with a mediocre goalie. Those standings ALSO show that we are ahead of you in league standings. And you beat us with our backup goalie in and a fluke play... But no, no, you're right. Minnesota is great! /sarcasm
Audry Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 if the habs lose again i think i might cry
Corey Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 Audry im a habs fan also, ive been one sinces i was very little, as much as i hate em losing i doubt that they wont again. oh and cerium, im with you, pens are way over-rated.

I like the Wild more than other teams, but really I would much rather watch a good hockey game (like the Tuesday Wild vs Penguins) than some 7-0 blow out like some of the SCSU games I've gone to. [insert actual post content here]YHBT.
darkreb0rn Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 Lol Canucks. Penguins were down 3-0 to the wild and scored 4 third period goals to win 5-3
