Old facebook or New Facebook?

Also, what is your question? Is it "Do you like old facebook more than new?" or "Which is uglier?" or "Where do you spend half of your day?" ?

 

I can only suppose that facebook changed their layout or something, since I never used, and will hopefully never use Facebook

I think it's uber lame that they're forcing people to use their new incomplete flawed annoyance that they call a "face lift" I think the new facebook layout could be best compared to reverse liposuction.

I hate it, I think the new layout isn't user friendly, has far too many bugs and shouldn't be compulsory (and no, you're not smart if you say 'WELL YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE FACEBOOKZ' - it's a useful tool to keep in contact with people).

Its also another tool for showing off how many "friends" you have. I don't use facebook much cause I feel its like cancer but I prefer the old layout more.

I'm not a big user of facebook, and haven't gone over everything

 

There are some good things to the new look.

For one, it looks better then the old style.

Some of my facebook friends has their profiles filled with stuff and took forever to scroll down to the end of there page just to get to their wall.

So they have removed a lot of useless junk viewing someones main page,(now moved to "boxes)" they basically organized it all into tabs.

 

Bad side.

I hate the main page. It is poorly organized, and ugly.

I also can not for the love of god find my friends groups as easily. Facebook stocking might be more tedious now.

There are some layout displays that could be fixed or changed to make it more appealing.

Oh and you should be able to attach videos to to poto/albums. I had a camping trip and some vids where made but can't attach them to any albums other then the people.

 

Overall the new look isn't to bad, but it needed some more fixing before forcing everyone to use it.

There was a way around it at some point. someone posted links to show how it was done.. Worked for me, for like 2 hours, before facebook found a way of disabling it... sux

 

New facebook is a !@#$%^&* mess imo =/

 

I do however, agree with the spammage of peoples profile pages.. The hundreds of applications that lag the page up so bad that it almost freezes, is just pathetic..

I can't say I ever look at anybodies page.. I only use Facebook as a platform to contact people, and to share pictures. Tis' all.

Right at the top of the page, if you click the bit SSFORUM logo, it brings you back to the main forum, that's how you don't give a !@#$%^&*. The 'Reply' button is not appropriate to display such opinions.
