Plus, the energy is too high and delay is too long. The only good part was how your post was so organized. I couldn't get it that straight with a ruler. Your idea does remind me of something. What is we brought back MOAB? a tacnuke without the prox and maybe a bit less shrap? any takers? Quote

Star Shooter would just be a Tacnuke without the huge amount of shrap, the prox, and it would be without Ammo. Quote

The no ammo issue would not be necessary for this item (but it may add a nice twist). To keep it simple, just make a cluster bomb at lvl 3 with maybe a slightly higher delay and/or energy use. Could be with slightly less shrap too if necessary, but either way it would still be weaker than tac nuke in a base situation while still usable in center somewhat, though cluster would definitely be better for center. The prox on tac makes it overpowered in a base with a long bombline. Especially when there are 3+ levis firing it.
