You've got to be kidding me. You banned people from SWE for ?messaging you regarding X`terrs ban which he has been asking you about which you've completely ignored. But if you want to be so specific, if I'm correct the SWE ban policy requires people to know why they are once they are banned hence making your ban defected. Really "you racist !@#$%^&*" shouldn't really be considered har!@#$%^&*ment.

 

Note that there were six nearly identical messages sent within a 4 minute period of time. It was clearly a coordinated effort.

If this was done via real-time cross-zone messaging by a single person switching through 6 aliases over the span of 4 minutes, it would very likely be netbannable. X has cleverly avoided this by using ?messages instead of real-time cross-zone messages, and by actually recruiting 6 buddies to do his dirty work for him, rather than doing it himself using 6 aliases. X may have cir!@#$%^&*vented netban rules, but certainly I'm not going to let this get in the way of local 'punishment', as such. (Not that local bans affected X and his buddies much, since they never normally play SWE anyway, but at least this way there's some record of their re!@#$%^&*ed efforts.)

 

If the messages weren't so similar in structure and content, and if they hadn't all been sent within a 4 minute period of time, it wouldn't have been an issue.

 

Finally, I find it very ironic (and somewhat funny) that you guys are accusing me of unfairly placing bans against some of you, nevermind the fact that the bans were all of short duration and most of them have already expired. This despite the fact that one of you has placed a yearlong ban against me in said person's zone for no reason at all besides the fact that said person doesn't like me. Just imagine if I returned the favor. Why, if I were to do that (which I won't, since I'm more mature than that), you guys would probably rant so much about my power 'abuse' that SSF would explode.

 

At this point I feel everything that needs to be said has been said at least once (and in many cases, more than once), so I will take my leave of this steaming pile of bull!@#$%^&* at this point.

As far as the issue goes - X has initiated many cross-zone efforts before, so that part is very believable. However, Ace, you are making yourself look like a total !@#$%^&*hole by banning these people, providing insufficient justification, getting angry, and then screaming that, by golly, you don't need any justification at all. Unless you're running Halo, I don't suggest you follow that kind of policy.

 

So what say Ace unbans everyone he banned for no reason, and everyone else (except Lynx, who's at least funny) ends their anti-Ace campaign?

AceFlyer, you never thought that maybe the message was sent only because you were obviously ignoring ter request regarding his ban. Seriously, if in real life your friend asked you to call somewhere because he cant get the line for whatever reason, would you call or just tell him to handle his own !@#$%^&*? I think you would actually call to help your friend. Same case here, I didnt knew he asked some other players to message you. And there was no way for me to know.

 

Thats where i exactly fail to see the reason of the ban. I mean, seriously, i could care less... a 3 days ban in a zone i dont play. But i really personnaly see it as an abuse of power.

Once again I will defend them. They are only 4 identical messages. 2 of the messages are asked in a different form. The effort was clearly made because you would not tell X`terrania why he was banned after the amounts of ?messages and private messages he had sent you. Plus you clearly ignored my private messages I sent you regarding his ban as well. My question is why did you not answer his question when he asked and completely ignored it? You also ignored my point saying the ban is defected as it does not follow correct SWE ban procedures (correct me if I'm wrong). He was just simply asking why he was banned and you ignored his request completely. Then you came up with some bull!@#$%^&* reguarding cross zone harr!@#$%^&*ment and banned them for it. What you should have done was answer his question and move on. If he had still kept on bugging you about the ban then you should have gone with running bans.

 

This post probably has so much gramatical errors and I don't feel like checking right now. Too tired.
