I'm still moving about, finding where exactly I'll be working. I can't see how anybody can live here, it's like 120+ every day! :/

 

Hopefully I'll get some sort of stable internets where I'll be stationed so I can chat with you all in HS.

i work at the airport.outside. try working in 90+ degree with like 50% humidity.

Yes, I am a Marine, deployed to Iraq. I can't exactly say where I am or what I'm doing, being the nature of my job here and OPSEC says no. I can tell you that I usually work logistics with helicopters and planes. Not too crazy of a job, but you really need to care about the little things, because those can mess up schedules and whatnot.

 

nike: I'm temperarily in a place away from where I'm supposed to be stationed, so I don't want to send you my address and have it come too late. I'll send you the addy when I'm out of this temp place if you want to send a care package.

Heh, I wish I could pilot a real aircraft out here. Show these guys how to really fly a jet <_<

 

Not much else new to report, other than a crazy thunder/sand storm. It was so dusty, that I couldn't see more than 5 feet ahead and everything was orangish from all the sand. Then it rained a little while being windy, that was weird.

 

 

I'm trying to get this computer to accept Java so I can use chatnut on it (Can't install programs and whatnot on this govvy comp) so I might be able to get in touch with you guys at a decent hour, not like 4am (PST) when I get off shift..
