The old base 3

The base 3 about 2 years ago was probably one of the best HS bases I've ever seen. It might bring basing back to life, and everyone that played back then knows which one I'm talking about.

oh i dunno, u mean the one that ONLY sharks with supreme armor and antideath get through or the same look but nerfed one? if it nerfed one then i'd agree but if you're talking the supreme bombline super defensive base 3 then i dont think they'll let you. PLUS i hear a rumor they they MIGHT be getting back the old 3, just super nerfed with no bombline.

This is a good idea. Play some of the all time best used bases instead of keep trying to get new bases. The Ice base 6 from like last year was kickin.

i cant agree more, i mean the old ice 6 was pretty much all anyone every used.

I liked the base 1 that was removed last reset too. And does anyone remember the flame base 5? That was a great base with a nice bombline, but maybe the population has gotten to big for either of those bases to support the attackers.

guys, with the new ship settings they wont let any LONG bomblines allowed anymore. trust me i asked and begged but they say it would unbalace flaggame.

yea

 

the idea when those lame bases were around was that bases needed to become 'easy to attack and hard to defend' - wide bases that suck for the defenders and i even suggested making flagdrop time to win like 5 minutes or longer. thus increasing jackpot/games and only the truly skilled team will actually win a game, not the lame bomb liners

 

all is well now, i think (haven't used any of these bases yet, or watched)

I haven't seen a base game in over 2-3 weeks.

We had one just this Saturday.

It's school. Basing moves from weekdays to Weekends (excpet now it's just mostly runwinning)

Have you ever given us anything but grief and frustration over a game we freely contribute to? No, of course not. There's nothing more galling than a player of a volunteer supported game that thinks they deserve something.

 

The good news is we don't expect you to. We contribute to this game not for the player base, but for our own personal growth. That doesn't mean, however, that you can demand things and expect us to go along quietly. In fact, it means pretty much the opposite. Be thankful.

Yes. But the constant strain of problems WE (as in Hyperspace players) get from the mods is unbearable. Most of the time, Mods are not online or are at best afk. When they are online they solve NOTHING.

 

And while I agree with your "always move forward and never look back w/o reason" I'm afraid I must disagree when mods think they can make a moronic mistake and not be harrased for it (i.e. Arnk and his ammo idea)

Just because the game is free for us to play and you make no money, that does not cons!@#$%^&*ute moronic ideas that do not go for "population growth"

Not so much Sharpflame or Rivel or Rare or DI, but when arnk was playing, you wouldnt listen to player-related suggestions

I tinhk HS would grow if you stimulated a semi-player run society in game. Such as making it that you inform us of your changes or ideas and see what we think. The server died due to bad choices and such

All I want is more basing,

and a free mill in HS,

and special powers like constant free birck,

and power to use the energy vortex when ever I feel like it,

and a unlimited TW key for the rest of the time that I play HS,

and non-stop super,

and a new car,

and prety much god like qualities in the HS area,

and, no I think that'll do it.
