Said person needs to know PHP well enough to be able to read our scripts and be able to start helping out with minor pointers. If needed, the person that wrote most scripts is still around to answer questions though. Ideally this person would just be tasked with coding some new features we've been aching for, but the position can lead to a webmaster position (which is currently unfilled) from which you'd have access to all of our web designers and artists.
