a settings tech

a head devolpment manager

a ship tech

 

and im going to need 5mods,1sysop,2sysmods,3sysopbotop's

The zone=

my zone is a bit diffent than the normal zones

my zone is a flagging/baseing arena

also all staff have hide outs little base's in the map and any are aloud in them but only the staff can open the doors also there is little rules but cheating is a rule u cannot cheat there will be 2 forces

force 1 will be called Mobius 1 Force 2 will be called Yellow 13

these forces will battle for Air control The one who controls the most flags controls the Air there for after a certian time the force with the flags wins :> and creds will be given to them but also there will be events=wars

squads will be real squad names from the air force unless they are very popular in other zones also all ships are active

#Note= I AM LOOKING FOR HELP WITH SETTINGS FOR SHIPS

i currently have only 4 ships but plan to have more i really dont understand much

also There will be a staff member on 24/7 and even with 1 player the staff will help the player become better also if a person thinks he is better than staff he will duel the staff member in a sub arena and if he wins he will notify me why he thinks he is better and he may become staff but i have to see a reason that dosnt mean the staff lose there jobs they just get a diffent pos maybe promoted :> please if any more suggestions email me at Darksouldew@aol.com

I currently dont have a view of the map i dont know how to get one but thanks for the time or also i am using merv bot having some trouble but i think i got it figured out sorry about the post in in a hurry i have to go some where

Yep... smod stands for super moderator, not system moderator.

 

That's a pretty big staff to start with, imo... You might want to give some details on the gameplay / concept if you want to get that many people, otherwise not many people will show up.

 

Good job on the post though, it has a much better structure than the older one

 

And even if you don't really know how to make a map, a draft of the map, even using default tiles, could be good to interest people.

 

Cause yeah, to make a successful zone, you have to convince devs first, then you have to convince population to come. So you definitely have to do / expose part of your work to convince devs to join.

So many projects, so little time...

 

For settings, if you need advice on what is possible / what is not, or how could a particular thing be done, you can post here and I (and probably other people) will help on that. The settings are usually developped with the map too, since they're very related. Most devs are able to do both map and settings, usually.

well i have kinda fast settings but im looking to have settings like a real jet

where guns are fast and dont go that far out but bombs are going to be like missles they need to be at lest 5 for one enegry bar

and they need to kill on contact

also i cant do the settings untill i get hosted so ill let ya know when i do ill post it

Yeah making horrible settings is easy. To make good settings you need skill and patience.
