Here is a nice one really useful, its not for burning but it does help.

AoA DVD RIPPER provides a fast and easy way to convert your DVD

movies or just the parts of the movie that you want. It copies in

nero has too much !@#$%^&* that is useless and the only version available of just nero burning rom doesn't work on vista afaik. if there's a standalone nero burning rom for vista, feel free to let me know. i actually have a license for it somewhere.

True, Nero 7.x does not work on Vista, from what I heard. And my buddies had problems with Nero 8 as well, but that could be a problem in the installer I had. And yeah, the latest Nero suites are fricking huge... when it asks you which file type you want to !@#$%^&*ociate with it, it can basically handle EVERY !@#$%^&* file type: images, videos, audio, compilations... you name it. It's pretty ridiculous blum.gif

hmmm, well one part of "all the trash" in the suite allows you to make DVD's with menus, scene selection, and all that stuff. All pretty much automatically. Might be something nice for you.
