I'm rather surprised actually that a thread hasn't already been made.

Yeah, I was thinking of making this thread - but I figured that it would gain a very, very small audience on this forum. He was a Computer Science professor, and specialised in CPU framework/architecture. He recently had his final lecture, labelled "The Last Lecture", and died soon after at 47.

 

(All of that is from the top of my head, so I'm not sure if it's 100% correct)

He died at 47? Way to young.
