Fixed splash screen hiding some popups

Fixed issues when opening maps by double-clicking them

 

However, it's still unstable if you open several maps at once...

 

Also, undo/redo for eLVL regions should be fixed

lol I just realised how much trouble I got myself into for the Revert thing... I was copying the file as a backup when saving, and when you wanted to revert, it would delete the current file, and copy the backuped file...

But wtf, I just have to close the map without saving changes, and reopening it... silly me.

I fixed a couple of things... like the mousewheel zoom being innaccurate... But I can't fix the !@#$%^&* 'open many maps by right-click -> open at once' problem...
