How is asking friends (perhaps on ;chat, or squad buddies) to drop by sometime for a flag game illegal? It's not like he said "Go into every zone you know and spam pub and people in pm's until everyone comes and has been converted to a new zone".

Every new player that comes into the zone I ask whether they have any friends in other zones that can join because

 

A) Its not illegal

Its more effective than trying to advertise urself
