🜲 PoLiX Posted July 10, 2008 Author Report Posted July 10, 2008 Are you sure most of them aren't (undercover) bots? In AWStats a lot of the hits are from gaming websites, probably 50% to be exact. Another 30% from SS websites and bookmarks. The rest from random sites, hits, etc, a lot these are most likely bots. If you compare it to SSForum's # of bot hits that it tracks as bots (have over 1000 known bots in the list), the 250,000/month seems about right with all these stats. Seems people are posting SSForum on more and more sites. That and a lot of stuff we post here, people seem to google up, and link to from other forums also (oddly enough found one of our car threads linked to on some weird site).
